Data partnerships
Your team has already created the documentation, code and records. I help you explore paid licensing opportunities with micro1 and Mercor, where business data supports AI development.

About TomAI development needs examples of how real businesses work. Your company’s existing records may have value beyond their original purpose.
Internal guides, operating procedures and records of how work gets done.
Project histories, technical documentation and code your company has the rights to license.
Records of decisions, support processes and day-to-day operations.
The provider will assess relevance, quality, volume and licensing rights. The first conversation starts with a description of what you have.
Share your website, country, approximate team size and the kinds of records you hold.
I’ll help you understand which provider’s programme may fit and how to take the next step.
The provider evaluates your data and sets the scope, price, delivery requirements and payment terms directly with you.
Please leave out confidential documents, customer records and personal data from your first email.
Mercor states a typical 2–4 weeks from signing to payment, depending on processing. micro1 allows up to 30 days for review after transfer, followed by payment within 30 days of invoicing after approval. Qualification and contracting happen first; your agreement governs the schedule.
Mercor says it covers extraction, anonymization and transfer, with no setup fees or deductions from your payment. Confirm costs with micro1 when discussing terms. Your team will still need to review the scope and arrange appropriate access.
AI & product consulting
I help founders and teams identify where AI can improve workflows, create revenue opportunities and reduce operational friction, then turn the strongest ideas into a product and delivery plan.
Focused projects or ongoing, part-time product leadership. Grounded in experience across payments, risk, analytics and complex operations.
Identify repetitive work, redesign the process around AI and define where human review remains essential.
Explore AI-enabled features and services, test customer demand and choose what is worth building.
Set a baseline for time, cost and quality. Prioritize changes and define how to evaluate whether they work.
From opportunity to execution: a clear problem, a focused experiment and a plan your team can act on.
Tell me what you want to improve, what you have tried and your timing.
